We never treat on the first visit. You leave with a written plan, prices and expected downtime, and there is no charge if we advise against treatment.

Forty minutes with a doctor. We examine, listen, and write a plan with prices and downtime. No treatment on the day.

Treat
Your practitioner works to the plan, conservatively. Most appointments take under an hour and you can go straight back to work.
Step 02
Review
Two weeks later we look again together, adjust if needed, and agree what, if anything, comes next.

Injectables

Anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers, planned by a doctor and placed conservatively. The aim is that people notice you look well, not that you have had something done.
30 to 45 minutes · Downtime: Usually none. Small bumps settle within a few hours.
What to expect
A consultation first, always. We look at your face at rest and in movement, talk through what is bothering you and agree a plan, including what we would leave alone. Treatment itself is quick; most appointments are done inside 45 minutes.
Aftercare
No lying flat, heavy exercise or alcohol for the rest of the day. Anti-wrinkle results show over 10 to 14 days; filler settles over two weeks. Every treatment includes a review appointment.
